Question 1

What do I need to start?

Accepted Answer

Just your business name, Google link or website. Chitrakar collects your logo, photos and details on its own — you confirm with one tap.

Question 2

My business isn’t on Google or any website.

Accepted Answer

No problem. Answer 3 quick questions in the chat — name, type of business, area — and you’re set up in about a minute. You can add a logo or photos anytime, or we design without them.

Question 3

Do I have to send photos every time?

Accepted Answer

No. Chitrakar uses your existing photos and designed templates. Have a fresh photo? Send it whenever you like — but you never have to.

Question 4

How does the post reach my Instagram or Facebook?

Accepted Answer

Reply “1” and the final design + caption arrive in the chat. Save the image, copy the caption, upload — under a minute. We include simple how-to videos if you’ve never posted before.

Question 5

What if I don’t like a post?

Accepted Answer

Reply “2” for a new design, or say what to change — “logo bada karo”, “price ₹500 karo” — and get a fresh version in minutes.

Question 6

Can I ask for a specific post?

Accepted Answer

Yes — just message it in plain words: “kal ke liye 20% off wala post” — designed and sent back in minutes. Every post is ₹25 flat.

Question 7

I don’t know English. Problem?

Accepted Answer

Bilkul nahi. Message in Hindi or your language; posts come in the language your customers speak.

Question 8

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your details are used only to make your posts, stored securely in India, and never sold. Read the privacy policy

Question 9

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

UPI, card or net banking — a payment link in the chat. You pay per post — nothing recurring.

Question 10

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One simple price — ₹25 per post. Your first post is free. Pay only for what you make; nothing to expire, no monthly commitment.
